Iowa Representative Steve Holt will be at the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce & Industry’s from 9 – 11 am. Please stop by to share your concerns and ideas as we approach the mid-point in the 2018 Legislative Session. 

St. Michael’s Knights of Columbus Annual Fish Fry, 5:30 – 7 pm, St. Michael’s Rosman Parish Center, Harlan. Adults $10, kids ages 6 – 10 $5, ages 5 and under free, families $30. Carry out available.

Saturday, February 17

Move More Shelby County, 8:30 – 12 pm, Petersen Family Wellness Center, sponsored by Shelby County Wellness Alliance. Free and fun physical fitness activities. Stop by and see Zumba, Pickleball and Self-Defense demonstrations. Membership to the Wellness Center is not required to participate.

Legislative Coffee, 10 – 11 am, Shelby County Chamber of Commerce & Industry’s Atrium 1901 Hawkeye Avenue. Sponsored by FarmTable Procurement & Delivery.

Relay for Life Fundraiser, St. Mary’s Parish Hall, Panama, hosted by the Dazzling Divas. There will be a steak dinner, live auction, and dance. Doors open at 5 pm. Tickets are $20 and available at the Shelby County State Bank, Panama or any Dazzling Divas team.

Sunday, February 18

Defiance Fire and Rescue Annual Chicken Supper, 4 – 7 pm, St. Peter’s Hall, Defiance. Featuring Staley’s Broasted Chicken. Adults $12, ages 12 and younger $8. Carry outs available. Proceeds to help pay for new equipment.
